UBS once again tops Institutional Investor's Pan-European Sales survey

For a third consecutive year, Institutional Investor has named UBS as the No.1 Pan-European Sales Force in its annual Pan-European Equity Sales Rankings for 2006.

UBS’s uninterrupted No.1 ranking by clients is a testament to the firms overall strength and idea driven focus. The accolade follows on from the firm's success in February when UBS was ranked No.1 in II's 2006 European Equity Research Firm for the fifth consecutive year.

UBS enters top three for Nikkei fixed income research survey

Head of Credit Research Japan, Fumihito Gotoh, and his team seized a third-place ranking in this year's Nikkei Bonds & Financial Weekly credit research survey published earlier this month. UBS Japan's Fixed-Income team had much to celebrate as the ranking represents UBS's debut appearance in the benchmark poll.
